The brief
The client required delivery, storage and full installation services for 197 one, two and three-bed apartments.
The solution
This project firstly required the delivery of all FF&E and OS&E goods to our warehouse where it was then unloaded and inventoried via our unique, online stock system. This technology makes it possible for the client to access their stock inventory from any internet-based device, offering extra security and peace of mind.
Our own delivery vehicles were used to deliver all items directly to the site, where our experienced team then unpacked all items and placed them into their appropriate apartment and position.
A full installation is still being carried out, with headboards and mirrors being hung on walls, as well as sofas, coffee tables, side tables and dining tables being assembled. As always we clear the space as we go, ensuring to effectively dispose of any waste and recycling.
